Wilde Gärtnerei is an independently founded (2008) organic pioneer farm, self-sufficiency project and farm community 30 kilometres from Berlin. We grow vegetables and fruit for our own use, for the CSA-community and for sale in the weekly produce markets in Berlin. We offer a wide variety of vegetables, from root vegetables and herbs, to pumpkins, lettuce, tomatoes, Jerusalem artichokes and so on, all of which are grown from seed. We also make juices, sauces, tees, sauerkraut and other preserved foods from our own produce.

Preserving and building up the organic content in the soil is our main concern in our agriculture. The soil and its mikrobion is our living partner and we can only live through it and with the help of it.

"Our body is essentially soil and water. The quality of our soil and water determines the quality of our food, our body, and our life." – Sadhguru

You can find our produce at the Markthalle NEUN in Berlin-Kreuzberg every Saturday from 10 am until 6 pm. Through the purchase of our produce you are directly contributing to a sustainable agriculture as well as re-establishing a lively rural community.

We are glad to deliver our juices as well as our vegetables for restaurants and cafés! Please give us a call or write us an email. Juices available: Apple, apple-pear, pear, apple-beetroot, apple-pear-elderberry.
